For overseas orders, any customs or import duty is the responsibility of you, the customer.
Delivery and Packaging
Delivery within the UK is:
Up to £100 (ex vat) carriage = £15.00
£101 to £200 (ex vat) carriage = £30.00
£201 to £300 (ex vat) carriage = £45.00
£301 to £400 (ex vat) carriage = £60.00
£401 to £500 (ex vat) carriage = £75.00
Additional shelves up to a maximum of 2 per pack are delivered free. These costs are automatically added when you checkout. Above £500.00 by quotation.
All goods are packed appropriately to ensure safe arrival.
UK deliveries are made via MSL. Please allow 5 working days for delivery within England & Wales, 10 workind days within Scotland.
Overseas & non-mainland orders will incur an additional cost, please email us for more information: sales@magpieshelving.co.uk
VAT
Value added tax is not included in the prices and will be added at checkout
Refund and Exchange
If the goods are not satisfactory, please notify us and deliver them back to us, with the receipt within 14 days of delivery.
We advise customers to obtain Proof of Postage when returning goods as we are unable to take responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

To be able to purchase items from the Magpie Shelving site, you will require a PayPal account. If you do not have one, you can click HERE to apply for one. Application is free and quick to complete and will allow you purchase goods from a huge variety of sites, including Magpie Shelving.
This site makes use of a Shopping Basket which displays items that you have selected, allows you to remove products you decide that you don't want to purchase, displays a running total of what you have selected and features a CHECKOUT button for when you are ready to make your purchase.
Adding items to your Shopping Basket is easy:
1. Find the item that you want to purchase
2. Click on BUY NOW beside the product.
3. Check the price, description and quantitiy in the Shopping Basket
4. Click on CONTINUE SHOPPING to add more items or SECURE CHECKOUT to make your purchase.
After clicking on SECURE CHECKOUT, postage and packing to your location will be calculated and your final total will be derived. At any time before final authorisation, you will be able to cancel your order.
